Returns
- After receiving your products, you have 14 days to indicate if you wish to return the products. For this, download the withdrawal form online and print it out. After indicating your desire to return the products, they must be demonstrably sent back to jugadornutrition.com within 14 days. You can send us an email with the withdrawal form at support@jugadornutrition.com.
- For products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils, and other sealed products, the requirement is that they can only be returned unopened and in undamaged condition (with any seals intact). If you have damaged products during use, we may charge you for these damages
- The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
- Items with a broken safety packaging, therefore, cannot be returned without explicit contact with the customer service of Jugador Nutrition.
